Deacon Dahlia Smith serves as the treasurer for Solid Rock and is also a member of the church’s board of directors. She is also a foundation member of the church. Dahlia is the deacon in charge of the finance and the events planning committees. A very personable leader, Dahlia effortlessly makes others feel at home in her company and in the church. Dahlia is a very thoughtful, industrious and dependable. She is a vibrant leader and the consummate encourager and giver.. Dahlia proclaims that she is driven by Matt 25:35-46; when the question was asked of Jesus, “Lord when did we see You hungry, thirsty, a stranger, naked, sick and in prison?” He responded, “…in as much as you did it to one of the least of these you did not do it to Me.”
Dahlia’s vision for the church is that we will carry out our purpose in such a fashion that we will all hear the Lord say, “well done My good and faithful servant”.
